Cancellation Policy: Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. My aim is to provide excellence in haircare and professionalism towards you and the rest of my guests. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. When scheduling an appointment; keep in mind that time has been set aside to focus on you and cannot always be filled with another guest within a limited timeframe. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully require at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a non refundable appointment retention fee for the cancellation. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. {If this continues to become a scheduling issue on your end; a deposit equal to 50% will be required & future bookings may not be allowed}. {See below for no show policy}. If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services, at my discretion. This means that upon leaving your appointment within any timeframe and choosing to not purchase product in studio that is ensured to protect your chemical service or purchasing recommended haircare by your haircare professional; any changes that happen to your hair will be made at your own discretion and risk. Any changes to adjust, modify, correct or repigment will be required to be set up as an additional new appointment. No exceptions or complimentary services will be given based on the above description.** *Due to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism-Hair products and tools purchased in studio are non refundable.* No-show Policy: A No-Show occurs when someone misses the scheduled service without canceling or without canceling within 48 hours in advance of the acheduled appointment time as stated above. A No-Show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Also, any future services may require a 50% deposit prior to booking or may not be able to be rebooked at my discretion.
